Our production

We are proud of proposing to our guests our own production such as meats, fruits and vegetables, cakes, and traditional sardinian sweeties and cookies. They are all season and biological products.

In the farmhouse we breed pigs,from their meats we make salsiccia, guanciale pancetta e testa in cassetta. , whitch we serve as appettizzer. We also breed rabbits, chichens, sheeps and goats. Chichens scratch around free, they provide us the eggs whitch we prepare very fresh dishes with

We also make different kind of liqueur from our trees berries. We make "acquavite" with honey, mirto liqueur, lemon liqueur, and some times chocolate or liqueurice.

On reservation we also sell our hand made products such as fregola, bread sweeties, ravioli etc
seasonaly we can sell olive oil,eggs or vegetables.
